      The white paper also revealed that health and environmental problems occur when failure: poor sanitary conditions (such as old equipment is not hygienic decontamination, processing entrained debris, grease, and other cutting residue; legacy refit refurbishment of waste generated, entrainment old life supplies, garbage, etc.); ban has detected (such as the use of banned refrigerant fluorocarbon material; energy efficiency failed (as rated input voltage, frequency and format does not match our energy efficiency resulting in reduced; rectification method is not a priority to replace our standard power supply with the same power source, but added variable voltage inverter device does not meet the requirements to control energy consumption and energy savings; imported old mechanical and electrical products, or entrained with the energy unit energy efficiency test failed, etc.).

Quality defects more common (as in the logo identity is missing, rust, peeling paint, dirt, scratches, etc; manufacture its life longer, the performance of current production can not meet industry requirements, etc.); some of the imported used machinery and electronic products because of quality, safety, etc. reason can not lead to the rectification and returned or destroyed.
